• Goal-oriented, with strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Sound knowledge of production processes.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) will be considered an added advantage.
• In-depth understanding of costing, material handling, floor management, and effective management of manpower and machines.

• Assist Manager, finishing in developing and executing a workflow plan that reflects the demand forecast.

• Assist Manager in Finishing Production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Follow all finishing parameters and conduct shift-wise production & quality checking as required.

• Set and ensure the regular finishing program.

• Ensure the department’s equipment is maintained to optimal levels of operation.

• Direct the Finishing supervisors responsible for managing and operating the Finishing Department within the Complex.

• Direct finishing production activities to assure that products are produced within the established cost control and quality standards.

• Control finishing operation costs within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate action if necessary to accurately project operation expenses.

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
