Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribution operations including setting objective, action plans & Strategies to operate distribution network to achieve target.
∎ To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving as well as ensure supply in time according to the customers need & satisfaction.
∎ Regular Market visits, meeting with prospective customers, generating new customers and retain existing customers to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Sourcing valid information from interested customers & provide them with the company and product information.
∎ Informing the people about our product and service to create better understanding of our products.
∎ Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales report and market feed-back report.
∎ Manage delivery operations including delivery van route to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery
∎ Check the daily stock and availability of products as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have good communication skills in the English language.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Will be entitled for sales Commission
