Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop operation strategies, ensure implementation of initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivity
∎ · Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes
∎ · Develop and maintain Capex & Opex budgets through implementation of various cost saving ideas / projects
∎ · Allocating the company’s resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions
∎ · Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions
∎ · Reviewing the Statutory compliances of all the plants and depots
∎ · Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
∎ · Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, laws and regulations
∎ · Work closely with Human Resources to lead and ensure the development of the team
