Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post graduate in Management/ Textile, Engineering (Butex),Finance or relevant disciplines from Dhaka University/Jahangirnagar University.
∎ EMBA degree will be an advantage.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well experienced in the following business area(s): Textile & Garments, Engineering, Group of Companies.
∎ To develop strategies, policies and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company's mission and core objective both from administrative and operational side.
∎ Effective implementation of business plan and ensure business growth with stipulated time frame.
∎ Management reporting, information follow-up and business process and organizational planning.
∎ To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation and when required.
∎ Direct & control the total activities of the factory.
∎ Ensure that the existing policies are implementing properly and update the policy regularly.
∎ Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvement of each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
∎ Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirement.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity (Textile & Garments Division), efficiency and quality excellence through use of manpower, material, machinery/equipment and other physical assets provided in all departments of the Company's operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) in factory management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/Operation, Management, Administration, and Legal.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile & Garments, Engineering, and Group of Companies.
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship skill.
∎ Candidate should have minimum 7 year's Leadership experience.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese are an advantage.
∎ Committed to work independently, self-driven, and result oriented.
∎ Good leadership and management ability.
∎ Willing to travel if necessary.
