Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the charge of overall maintenance functions of a highly sophisticated factory.
∎ Supervise the functions of Maintenance personnel of the factory delivering products to top-class customers in the USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of machinery to meet the required quality of the apparel produced and delivered.
∎ Provide guidance to maintenance personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factories production.
∎ Making plans for the overall maintenance jobs of the factory to ensure that all the necessary machines and equipment systems are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factory.
∎ Make sure that the machines are adjusted; folders/equipment are updated in accordance with the styles.
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipment and other maintenance functions to ensure that production is in no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with Technical/QC/Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the maintenance procedure, meet the quality requirements, receive their instructions/recommendations, and act accordingly. Pass such instructions/recommendations to all the maintenance personnel throughout the factories.
∎ Plan and handle maintenance procedures to ensure minimum involvement of time, manpower, and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensuring that those requirements are met.
