Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate or equivalent. Extensive training in the development and related subject is essential.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall direction, quality, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of the NGO and its programs driving the organizational strategy and poverty eradication goals and for advancing rights and justice for the rural poor.
∎ Advance the vision-mission to safeguard, increase and diversity the resource base to ensure effective management and accountability for building the reputation and profit of the organization for effective external relationship, promotional and networking functions and for managing a large and diverse program implemented by a large staff complement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience in development work, management, leadership, governance, funding and financing, external relations, program and human resource management.
∎ The candidate is expected to possess the following qualities:
∎ Bangladeshi national, sound understanding of NGO operations and wide knowledge of global rights and development issues;
∎ Capacity to maintain good relations with long-term strategic and donor partners, bilateral and multilateral agencies;
∎ A leader possessing unquestionable integrity, a critical mind, a promoter of harmony with respect for others, self-driven individual, a team player.

Salary: Negotiable
