Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on digital marketing;
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including web, SEO/SCM marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns in offline and in social medias;
∎ To develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to meet the organization goals;
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert;
∎ Up-to-date With the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
∎ To create campaigns that deeply integrate with our services and coordinate website content, design, social media activities;
∎ Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance and maintain liaison with social, paid and offline marketing teams to implement SEO;
∎ Have to build innovative marketing ideas and analyze marketing strategies;
∎ To maintain our digital channel and Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, website & others);
∎ TO increase customer footprints across all media's and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
∎ Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and generating graphical content for social media and conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys;
∎ Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages;
∎ Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events & writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases;
∎ Understanding designs from technical perspectives through pattern and specifications;
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
∎ Good knowledge Of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process and familiar with keyword research and responsible for designing, coding and modifying the websites as per requirements;
∎ Ability to write article on blog and social media & prepare graphics design materials for social digital marketing/social media platforms etc and manage social pages, youtube channel and website and exposure to website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, etc);
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital, Lab and Diagnostics.
∎ Experience in Digital Marketing in health care sector will be added advantage.
