Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Daraz Seller Center Executive. As a Daraz Seller Center Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the operations of our sellers on the Daraz platform. You will ensure a smooth and successful partnership between our company and our sellers.Assist sellers in setting up their accounts on the Daraz Seller Center platform. Provide guidance and support to sellers regarding product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions. Help sellers optimize their product listings and ensure they comply with Daraz guidelines and standards. Monitor seller performance metrics and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. Respond promptly to seller inquiries, concerns, and issues, and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Conduct regular training sessions for sellers to educate them on platform updates, best practices, and strategies for success. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Daraz policies to provide informed advice to sellers. Generate reports on seller performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics.
