Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist sellers in setting up their accounts on the Daraz Seller Center platform.
∎ Provide guidance and support to sellers regarding product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
∎ Help sellers optimize their product listings and ensure they comply with Daraz guidelines and standards.
∎ Monitor seller performance metrics and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
∎ Respond promptly to seller inquiries, concerns, and issues, and provide effective solutions.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions for sellers to educate them on platform updates, best practices, and strategies for success.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Daraz policies to provide informed advice to sellers.
∎ Generate reports on seller performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics.
∎ We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Daraz Seller Center Executive. As a Daraz Seller Center Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the operations of our sellers on the Daraz platform. You will ensure a smooth and successful partnership between our company and our sellers.
