  • 0-1 years’ experience in customer service (real estate preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem solving, coordination and documentation skill.

  • Proficient in office tools.

  • Proactive, presentable and result driven.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Possession takeover and execution all formalities

  • Communication with the Land Owners and Land Development Authorities

  • Communicate with the land owners regarding logistics updates.

  • Collecting required NOCs and Documents from the relevant authorities.

  • Amendment of DOA & POA (Preparing draft and execution of Supplementary Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and all the relevant work for amendment)

  • External and internal communication.

  • Frequently site visit and project coordination.

  • Disburse signing money, meet up the critical issues with the Land Owners and Land Development Authorities.

  • Solve backlog & critical issues, maintain critical log,

  • Regular communication with Land Owners

  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
