0-1 years’ experience in customer service (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving, coordination and documentation skill.
Proficient in office tools.
Proactive, presentable and result driven.
Responsibilities & Context:
Possession takeover and execution all formalities
Communication with the Land Owners and Land Development Authorities
Communicate with the land owners regarding logistics updates.
Collecting required NOCs and Documents from the relevant authorities.
Amendment of DOA & POA (Preparing draft and execution of Supplementary Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and all the relevant work for amendment)
External and internal communication.
Frequently site visit and project coordination.
Disburse signing money, meet up the critical issues with the Land Owners and Land Development Authorities.
Solve backlog & critical issues, maintain critical log,
Regular communication with Land Owners
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
