Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Frontline Support

    • Greet patients, attendants, and visitors warmly and guide them to the appropriate departments.

    • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, and facilities.

  2. Patient Assistance

    • Help patients with registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.

    • Assist elderly, disabled, or critical patients with special care needs.

  3. Communication

    • Handle patients’ inquiries and appointment bookings efficiently.

    • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients and families.

  4. Problem Solving

    • Address patient complaints and grievances promptly.

    • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department/authority for quick resolution.

  5. Service Quality

    • Ensure smooth coordination between patients and medical/administrative staff.

    • Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

  6. Record & Data Management

    • Maintain patient records, service requests, and feedback logs accurately.

    • Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policy.

  7. Promotion & Awareness

    • Share information about hospital facilities, packages, and health check-up programs.

    • Encourage patients to use value-added services for better healthcare experience.

  8. Team Support

    • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, billing, and admin teams for seamless patient care.

    • Support hospital events, awareness campaigns, or special service days.
