Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient admission, discharge, and billing processes efficiently.
Handle patient queries related to billing, charges, and insurance coverage.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in preparing and reconciling bills.
Coordinate with clinical, finance, and insurance departments for smooth service delivery.
Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
Provide excellent front-line customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Monitor outstanding dues and assist in payment collection.
Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA/Professional courses will be an added advantage.
