With the new innovative and progressive ideas, LTCL is investing modern & trend-oriented design in fashion and lifestyle products and initiating different sales methods in increasing business volume.
∎ The Company is urgently looking for deserving candidates for the position of Executive (CRM) for E-commerce Department, who will work to grow e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment and maintaining the digital platform.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the web portal to confirm online orders and process for fulfillment.
∎ Product Uploading and necessary data entry on Web portal.
∎ Communicate with 3rd party logistics & managing web portal to assign the parcel.
∎ Ensure the order fulfillment.
∎ Attain Inbound & Outbound calls.
∎ Attaining customer queries on social media.
∎ Maintain social media activities over digital platforms.
∎ Managing inventory in web portal & prepared product requirement.
∎ Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
∎ Implement the e-commerce activities.
∎ Assist in order fulfillment when required for special order requirements.
∎ Market analysis and reporting.
∎ Cooperation with team to meet the sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in E-commerce
Salary: Negotiable
