Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recoveries
∎ Ensure the company’s recovery & collection from the market
∎ Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions with delinquent account holders.
∎ Collaborated with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and facilitate payment solutions
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies during the collection process
