Experience:
Must have a sound understanding of ISP services, broadband technology, data connectivity, and networking fundamentals.
Ability to identify prospective corporate clients, conduct market surveys, and maintain an active client database.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely collection of payments and renewal of service agreements.
Capability to prepare corporate proposals, quotations, service agreements, and documentation in a professional manner.
Ability to meet monthly sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive market.
Knowledge of tender procedures, B2B marketing operations, and corporate acquisition strategy (preferred).
Previous internship or experience in ISP, telecom, or ICT industry will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular client visits for new requirements and maintain existing relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets with a result-oriented approach.
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Handle pressure with initiative and independence.
Update management on sales progress periodically.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and lead a team.
Organize and attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors` strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
