Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage area-specific sales targets, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of Lubricants products.
∎ Prepare and execute visit plans to achieve the sales and collection targets.
∎ Organize and oversee sales activities, ensuring optimal performance and effective coverage of Lubricants products across the assigned territory.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to support goal achievement and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient unit-wise sales, collection, and delivery of products.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Collect and analyze market data to stay informed of industry developments.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to the Supervisor.
