Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate effectively with USA-based clients via incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including client inquiries, reporting, and accurate documentation.

  • Provide exceptional client support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.

  • Schedule and confirm care appointments with clients and caregivers.

  • Follow up on home care service inquiries to ensure client needs are met.

  • Accurately document and update all client and caregiver interactions in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintain professional communication and timely coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.

  • Ensure strict confidentiality and data security of all client information, adhering to company policies.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Identify service trends through client interaction monitoring and suggest process improvements to enhance satisfaction.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into services.
