Responsibilities & Context:
অফিসে আগত ক্লায়েন্টদের উষ্ণ অভ্যর্থনা জানানো এবং তাদের প্রাথমিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
ইনকামিং কল রিসিভ করা এবং সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতাদের (Leads) তথ্য সঠিকভাবে লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাস্টমারদের ভিজিট বা অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট শিডিউল করা।
প্রজেক্ট ব্রোশিওর, প্রাইজ লিস্ট এবং অন্যান্য মার্কেটিং ম্যাটেরিয়াল গুছিয়ে রাখা।
অফিসের দৈনন্দিন প্রশাসনিক কাজে সহায়তা করা।
