Job Context

Solar is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote solar energy solutions. This role supports the sales and consultation teams by providing accurate information, qualifying customer interest, and scheduling appointments. The agent plays an important part in helping customers understand the benefits of clean, renewable energy while delivering professional and customer-focused service.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls related to solar energy products and services

  • Introduce solar solutions clearly and professionally to potential customers

  • Identify and qualify customer interest based on basic eligibility and needs

  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact

  • Collect and verify customer information such as address, energy usage, and contact details

  • Schedule appointments or consultations for solar specialists or sales representatives

  • Accurately record call outcomes and customer details in CRM or call management systems

  • Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement and answer general inquiries

  • Address basic customer questions or concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Meet daily and monthly call, quality, and lead generation targets

  • Comply with company policies, call scripts, and data protection standards

  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly communication style
