  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues efficiently.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.

  • Maintain service quality by adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.

  • Contribute to team performance goals and service improvement initiatives.
