- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, schedules, and front-desk records accurately.
- Support student and parent queries regarding classes and institutional information.
- Coordinate with Academic, HR, and Admissions teams for smooth communication.
- Manage couriers, documents, and internal correspondence.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Provide administrative support for meetings and general front-office tasks.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s from any reputed University
- 1–2 years of experience in customer care department.
- Excellent communication skills in English; polished personality.
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling/email systems.
- Organised, punctual, polite, and able to multitask effectively.
