  • Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.

  • Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.

  • Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance, and billing.

  • Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.

  • Meet personal and team performance targets.
