Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities & Context: Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.
Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance, and billing.
Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
Meet personal and team performance targets.
