Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Call Center / Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving departmental targets

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Service / Call Center Executives

  • Monitor daily team performance, call quality, and productivity

  • Ensure customer queries, complaints, and issues are handled professionally and efficiently

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

  • Conduct team briefings, training, and coaching sessions

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and positive team culture

  • Coordinate with management to achieve service level and business targets

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
