Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Call Center / Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving departmental targets
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Service / Call Center Executives
Monitor daily team performance, call quality, and productivity
Ensure customer queries, complaints, and issues are handled professionally and efficiently
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Conduct team briefings, training, and coaching sessions
Maintain discipline, attendance, and positive team culture
Coordinate with management to achieve service level and business targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
