  • Good computer knowledge in MS office, power point, mail, internet etc.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 Years relevant experience is highly required in renowned Diagnostic, Hospital, Medical College or Pharmaceuticals.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive patients and visitors warmly and provide necessary information regarding diagnostic & healthcare services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (appointment booking, test inquiries, report delivery, and service feedback).
  • Guide patients for registration, billing, and service procedures.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping of patient details, bookings, and complaints using software/CRM tools.
  • Provide accurate information about diagnostic tests, doctors’ schedules, and packages.
  • Manage patient complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain service standards aligned with customer care practices (SOP-based, target-driven, polite communication).
  • Coordinate with laboratory, accounts, and medical staff for smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with patients regarding reports, follow-up visits, or service quality feedback.
  • Work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night) as per Healthcare center requirements.
  • Dealing with consultants usually any issues.
  • Relation with various government office or authority for license or renewal any other document and maintain a good relation.
  • Supervise others junior colleagues and support administrative job.
  • Any other requirement as required by the management time to time.
