Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Coordinate and support sales activities to ensure smooth execution of bookings, contracts, and client requirements
- Handle sales inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, agreements, and documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, contracts, and reporting logs
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, and operations) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
- Provide detailed information to clients regarding packages, and promotional offers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, service standards, and contractual terms
- Collect client feedback, track sales performance, and prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Support loyalty programs, corporate accounts, and promotional sales initiatives to maximize revenue
- Perform any other sales-related duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
