Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from international clients (mainly English-speaking countries).

  • Provide accurate information about products and services in a polite and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently within the given time frame.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.

  • Follow company communication guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
