Responsibilities & Context:
Provide expert counseling to students seeking higher education opportunities in Australia and European countries.
Assess students’ academic background, career aspirations, and financial capacity to recommend the most suitable programs and universities.
Guide students through the application and admission process, including preparing documents, applications, and Statements of Purpose (SOPs).
Advise students on visa procedures, financial documentation, and entry requirements for Australia and Europe (e.g. Cyprus, Hungary, Sweden, the Netherlands, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements, course options, and scholarship opportunities in both regions.
Communicate effectively with partner universities and educational institutions abroad to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
Follow up regularly with students and parents to provide updates, feedback, and necessary support throughout the entire process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events to promote study abroad opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior counselors and share knowledge to enhance team performance.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management, ensuring achievement of set counseling and enrollment targets.
