Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from international clients (mainly English-speaking countries).
Provide accurate information about products and services in a polite and professional manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently within the given time frame.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.
Follow company communication guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
