Major duties and responsibilities:
Leadership quality on compliance management to lead the compliance related job responsibilities independently.
Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and follow-up the CAP effectively in coordination with buyer requirement, factory policy & procedures and respective departments.
Well conversant with social compliance, security, technical, environmental & safety compliance audit (such as Better Work, SLCP, STeP by OEKO-TEX, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, C-TPAT, Higg FEM, RSC, Nirapon, GMP etc.)
Good knowledge on certification audit like ISO (9001), ISO (14001), OEKO-TEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS & BCI.
Must have sound knowledge on brand sustainability related works on buyer’s online portal (i.e.: FFC, One Trust, VMS, FLA Tool, BW Star Portal, Retraced, TrusTrace, ICS, Worldly)
Having practical knowledge on Fair wage (as per Fair Wage Network), Living wage gap analysis, FLA wage tool/mapping.
Clear knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Labor Rules, Fire Safety, BNBC, NFPA etc.
Monitor fire safety, occupational health and safety and environmental safety in work place and take corrective actions if required.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
