∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like EHS on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ To maintain all of the issues Of 'ACCORD', KIABI, LIDL, BSCI, and other reputed Buyers.
∎ Any other compliance related work assign by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Area of experience: The applicant should have experience in Knit Garments.
