Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline from any Public University
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Compliance, Knit garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Implement & manage the company compliance standard.
∎ Maintain audit & Compliance documentations.
∎ Look after compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, cleaning, hygiene and environment of the assigned area.
∎ Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
∎ Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory.
∎ Monitor Compliance certification (BSCI, WRAP, SEDX, ACCORD, HIGG, Process audit etc) and follow up their audit findings.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping by keeping himself on visiting two times in every floors & necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.
∎ Ensure fire safety, fire presentation, fire equipment & comfortable environment at the work place.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord standard.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer
