Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in HR any reputed University having relevant training on factory compliance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and update monthly compliance audit schedule as per legal, Buyer's COC and ACCORD/ALLIANCE standards.
∎ Conduct Monthly Internal audit & Follow up audit as per Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Amendment 2013, 2018, BLR- 15 for all buyer's standard.
∎ Collecting all kind of required Licenses, Certificates & Approval from concerned authority.
∎ Buyer's audit organizing through online & email communication before expire as required.
∎ Face and organize 2nd Party, 3rd Party, BSCI, SCS, SMETA, WRAP, Better Work and Buyer's audit. independently, prepare CAP for the same & Communicate with buyer as required.
∎ Coordinate, facilitate & support all activities of Social Compliance and C-TPAT/ GSV/ SCS especially under ILO or EU, UK & USA Buyer?s Audit/requirements.
∎ Regularly communicating with the concerned departments and review the progress for the implementation of the findings and buyer's requirements. Also, make liaison with all the relevant department to succeed the all audits.
∎ Provide regular feedback to the Head of Dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years practical experience on Compliance in the large RMG factories
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Amendment 2013 & 2018, BLR 2015, ACCORD/ ALLIANCE and NFPA standards
∎ Excellent communication in both written & speaking in English
∎ Conversant with MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
