Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Post graduate diploma in HR or Compliance will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to conduct internal audit to identify the non-compliance issues in the factory.
∎ Prepare CAP, analysis root cause and take the necessary initiatives to remedy all non-compliance issues consecutively.
∎ Daily floor monitoring and update the floor compliance checklist.
∎ Prepare and update all compliance related documents and registers.
∎ Arrange and conduct training as per training calendar of the factory.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and welfare issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge to handle SLCP, Better Work, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT audit.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules and other related regulatory laws.
∎ Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English.
∎ Good typing speed in Bangla and English.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
