Export Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with EPB.
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities.
∎ Prepare import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
∎ EXP documentation submitted to bank and custom.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Bank to bank document endorsement.
∎ Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents for export( H&M,VF, Jordache).
∎ Candidate must have practical experience on all types export and import documentation. (Transferring L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, GSP, L/C)..
∎ Capable to handle independently with Cash incentive related all work.
∎ Having verse knowledge for BGMEA related jobs like UD, Amendment etc.
∎ Place Online booking to forwarder for Air & Sea shipment, check draft BL, FCR & HAWB, confirm for release OBL/HBL/HWAB.
∎ To check all shipping documents before submitting to bank to avoid any kind of discrepancies.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skills
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills.
∎ Candidate should have good typing speed(Bangle & English) .
