Responsibilities & Context:
- Source and procure gypsum powder, land plaster, foaming agents, and vermiculite from international suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle import documentation including LC, Bill of Entry, and HS code verification; ensure customs compliance.
- Procure indirect materials such as tools, spare parts, electrical components, stationery, diesel, lubricants, IT items, and safety equipment.
- Manage vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely supply.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and control budgets.
- Support finance with procurement documents and vendor payments.
- Coordinate GRN process and collaborate with warehouse and production teams.
- Prepare regular procurement reports.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and update procurement trackers.
