∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 3 years experience in Factory, 2 to 3 yeras experince in garments at commercial dept

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact with the supplier and update shipment details with Epic’s internal software.
∎ Place booking in Air/Courier with Epic’s nominated forwarder.
∎ File creation for merchandising in different buying account.
∎ Follow-up with original docs and dispatch details.
∎ Follow up with merchandising team to collect PI and PO and ensure to send it LC team
∎ Follow up with LC team for amendment Issue.
∎ Complete follow up on Fabrics/Trims shipment schedule with factory’s schedule.
∎ Required sound Knowledge regarding bill of lading and other shipment documents

Additional Requirements:
∎ MS Word
∎ Advance excels
∎ Strong Communication Skill
