∎ Age 28 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department, etc.
∎ Responsible for managing all (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release, etc.)
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCP-600, Incoterms, HS Code & Inco terms, etc.
∎ Cost to the procurement/landed cost calculation, represents the agenda for the procurement committee meeting decision.
∎ Ensure Collecting all documents on time & submitting import documents to forwarding agents, buyers, or banks.
∎ Follow up payment and report to management, if found any delay payment, Push to buyer release.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Perform any other duties of department as and when needed.
