Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's degree in any discipline from reputed educational institute.

Job Context:
∎ Organization: For leading private commercial bank.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (Initially 01 year)
∎ Job location: All over Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with delinquent Retail Loan/Card borrowers and confirm the payment.
∎ Control forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ regularization in terms of No. of a/cs & volume.
∎ Maintain service levels within acceptable ranges, including customer service, especially to resolve problem at early stage of delinquencies.
∎ Achieve predefined target of Flow rates.
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers.
∎ Contact borrower's family members and guarantors through over phone/physical visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 06 months to 01 Year experience is preferred
∎ Fresher are also encouraged to apply
∎ Interpersonal communication is required
∎ Proficiency in computer literacy will add advantage

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT 15,000

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus, Incentive (as per company policy)
