Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive requisition orders of chemical form respective section and issue to the respective section.
∎ Check opening stock as per Inventory Report on daily basis specifically for running chemical items.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Inventory Management System.
∎ Responsible for safe receive, storage & timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound & warehouse management.
∎ To maintain inventory of goods and take responsibilities for overall operations of chemical store.
∎ To Ensure on time delivery and receiving of Chemical.
∎ Responsible for maintaining proper storage for chemical.
∎ Storing chemical in planned way to reduce damage and saving time & space.
∎ To ensure loading of correct quantity & provide correct document against each delivery.
∎ Preparing store inventory report & forward to higher management.
∎ Responsible to reports on physical vs system inventory on monthly basis.
∎ Goods receive from local or overseas supplier by delivery note or invoice packing list.
∎ Confirm physical inventory upon received & compare with PO and update daily received issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbents must have at least 01 year working experiences at store section of Manufacturing RMG unit.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
∎ Ability to work with influencing others in a fast paced environment.
