∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:

Architecture, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering, Designing, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Garments, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning, scheduling, budget prepare, rate analysis, supervision, quality control of Industrial infrastructure construction as per local government and international standards.
∎ Responsible for design, drawing and legal approval process required in construction work for factories & projects.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to Department Head on their current status.
∎ To provide all kinds of admin and logistic support to the factories to face audits of national and international authority like Pourashava, LGED, PWD, Accord, Alliance, Buyer structural audit.
∎ To lead/ provide guidance to the members of Civil Engineering Section and officers of Admin & Development who are entrusted with the logistic and administrative support to the factories construction work area.
∎ Creatively planning & execution to solve any structural fault/back draw of entire group industrial building.
∎ Actively involved and provide instructions in factory floor layout modification, renovation & implementation of latest idea & technology.
∎ Estimate, submit requisition, receive and ensure in-house of all construction, plumbing & building finishing products before start the project.
∎ Arranging and utilizing the manpower at its best in construction area also preparing all billing on the project basis.
∎ Carry out detailed analysis of cost prior to signing the requisitions.
∎ Study and scrutinize the CAPs given by the Buyers and own auditors regarding safety related requirements for rectification/ improvements /remedy and repair of building / structure.
∎ Coordinate action plan with Factory Heads and own departmental concerned persons regarding progress of adopted measures to complete the CAP.
∎ Any other duties assigned by departmental head as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Proven working experience as Manager/Sr. Manager in Civil Engineering Department in any RMG Company.
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related structural audit.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and quick decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Willingness to visit construction areas frequently as and when required.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
