Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize meetings and ensure that MD's meeting agenda & necessary documents.
∎ To maintain & update classified documents of the company & report to Managing Director.
∎ Have to ensure all types of Secretarial jobs to the top management directly as a PS to Managing Director
∎ To look after all affairs of company administrative to ensure support of Managing Director.
∎ To assist Managing Director in looking after business affairs of the company.
∎ To maintain co-ordination among different business division & department of the company & report to the company.
∎ To manage MD's travel arrangements.
∎ To maintain Meeting minutes, agendas as per MD's Requirement.
∎ Any other assignment or tasks given by the Management as & when required.
∎ To maintain daily activities of MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2-4 years' experience in a reputed National or Multinational organization in similar position.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both oral and written.
∎ Should have smart, pleasant appearance.
∎ Dynamic, Motivate, Energetic, Pro-Active.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
