Job Context

We are seeking a Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both classical and modern cooking techniques, menu innovation, farm-to-table philosophy, and Michelin-level presentation standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal, innovative menus blending Eastern & Western cuisines.

• Lead kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish.

• Collaborate with management on food costing, vendor sourcing, and inventory control.

• Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen brigade.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.

• Work closely with the restaurant director to align food with the overall brand vision.
