• Age 25 to 40 years

• Develop and manage the master production schedule across multiple factories to align with order delivery deadlines and capacity.

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure effective order allocation and execution.

• Analyze production capacity (sewing, washing, finishing, etc.) and line availability to optimize resource utilization.

• Track and monitor production progress, flagging and resolving any deviations from plan.

• Ensure raw material availability in coordination with the procurement and inventory teams.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports to top management.

• Use ERP or planning tools (e.g., FastReact, SAP) to streamline planning processes.

• Conduct regular capacity forecasting and planning analysis based on seasonal trends and buyer order load.

• Act as the central point of coordination between factory units for any production scheduling conflicts or reallocation needs.

• Lead or participate in planning improvement projects (e.g., lean manufacturing, digitization, KPI enhancements).

• Monitor and reduce planning-related bottlenecks and delivery failures.
