Responsibilities & Context:

·         Daily outbound call handling in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
·         Achieve assigned call quality, lead generation,
·         Introduce real estate products and respond to inquiries regarding residential and commercial real estate projects.
·         Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
·         After creating the potential lead, enter the potential leads into the CRM/lead management software.
·         Generate and qualify sales leads by engaging with potential clients and understanding their requirements.
·         Manage customer information and interaction records accurately in the CRM system.
