Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
∎ Buyer wise rating approve from merchant by mail
∎ Season wise rating approve from merchant by mail
∎ Color wise rating approve from merchant by mail
∎ Prepare marker length & efficiency report (monthly period)
∎ Attend Pre-production cutting meeting
∎ SAP Marker approve
∎ Fabric shrinkage check for rating
∎ Fabric width check for rating
∎ Production rating check with costing
∎ Follow up cutting table plan
∎ Follow up section working procedure with team
∎ Arrange Plan wise and style wise cutting marker making within schedule time.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern digitizing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Check printing marker carefully and then printed by plotter style wiser within time.
∎ Correspondence with merchandisers to give marker consumption (external) and for booking fabric.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development. Provide training and supervise in-house CAD users.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD dept., and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Job location: Dhaka EPZ, Savar
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience for marker preparation.
∎ Minimum 3 year's experience in Gaber marker making.
∎ At least 3 years experience need auto marker preparation.
∎ Basic knowledge of fabric behaviour.
∎ Knowledge of wash process.
∎ Basic knowledge of cutting process.
∎ Mail writing skills
