Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the main contact and coordinator for the assigned strategic accounts.
∎ Coordinate all inquiries of the respective Strategic Accounts (e.g. inquiries on job progress, result interpretation, price quotation, submission process etc.).
∎ Coordinate implementation and execution of Strategic Accounts specific program.
∎ Prepare tender for Strategic Accounts.
∎ Handle complaints for Strategic Accounts.
∎ Monitor and follow up KPI and business for Strategic Accounts.
∎ Play active role to increase local share for the respective Strategic Accounts (make visit, organize training, workshop, seminar)
∎ Solve inquiries from Operation team.
∎ Monitor and control daily sales outstanding of Strategic Accounts by coordinating with customers or SGS Global-KAM.
∎ Perform other job related assignment as and when instructed by the superiors.
