• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 38 years

• 2–5 years of experience in Power Apps / Power Platform development

• Microsoft certifications (PL-100 / PL-400) – preferred

Technical Skills:

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

• Power Automate (Flows)

• Power BI (basic integration preferred)

• Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL

• APIs, REST services, connectors

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / HTML (optional but beneficial)

Application Development

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)

• Build user-friendly, responsive applications for web and mobile

• Customize applications based on business requirements

Business Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Translate business processes into technical solutions

  Workflow Automation

• Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate

• Automate approvals, notifications and repetitive tasks

• Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload

Data Integration

Integrate applications with:

• Microsoft Dataverse

  SharePoint

  SQL Server

  APIs / third-party systems

• Ensure seamless and secure data flow across platforms

Application Testing & Deployment

• Perform testing (functional, performance, UAT support)

• Manage deployment across environments (Dev / Test / Prod)

• Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices

Maintenance & Support

• Monitor application performance and availability

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects

• Enhance and update existing applications

Security & Governance

• Ensure compliance with IT governance and policies

• Follow Power Platform best practices and standards

Documentation & Training

• Create technical documentation and user guides

• Provide end-user training and support

• Maintain system documentation for audit and compliance

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization

• Stay updated with latest Power Platform features

• Recommend improvements aligned with business need
