Job Responsibilities:
∎ New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions;
∎ Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities;
∎ Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients;
∎ Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets;
∎ Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients;
∎ New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solution;
∎ Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients;
∎ Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets;
∎ Collaborating with the Head of Development to identify and secure partnerships,
∎ opportunities and calls for bids to generate revenue;
∎ Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with agreed upon service level agreements;
∎ Regularly follow up with internal and external stakeholders,ensure key performance indicators and target meet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 years job experience in Business Development with large garments accessories Non-Nominated market (Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press).
