Additional Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Photoshop, AutoCAD, Facebook page management, LinkedIn posting, E-commerce operations etc.

  • 1–3 years in HR & Admin, client communication, call and customer handling (Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply)

  • Candidates must have relevant HR and Admin experience in an organization.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, handling general inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting with client

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely manner.

  • Provide basic information about company products and services to system integrators (SI), clients, guests, and staff as needed.

  • Maintain proper documentation of HR, Admin & Compliance records.

  • Coordinate with the Head of Admin and the corporate HR lead for implementing all HR & Admin development initiatives.

  • Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, document filing, and handling routine office paperwork.

  • Facilitate internal communication by coordinating with various departments to support smooth office operations.

  • Perform any additional duties or special tasks as assigned by management to support overall office functionality.
