∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters Graduate from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Procuring Lands to increase Company's Portfolio.
∎ Collect Land information from various Sources/ Locations of Dhaka City.
∎ Frequently visit Lands, follow-up, Negotiate with Prospect and keep record for Management information's.
∎ Prepare Land Proposal for Land Development.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and liaison with Land Owner.
∎ Conduct Market Analysis and provide accurate Business Reports.
∎ To coordinate with different department as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 years working Experience in Land Procurement.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Land Costing for Joint Venture Development.
∎ Team Player, Good Negotiation Skills.
∎ Strong Client Relationship Management and Development Aptitude.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
